Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Guests are required to contact the check-in manager one day prior to arrival at the contact phone number provided in the booking confirmation to arrange check-in and key collection. Instructions must be received by 12:00 AM (midnight). Check-in under 18 years of age only if living with parents with documentary proof of relationship. The security deposit is returned after cleaning on the day of departure, provided there is no damage and all rules of residence are followed.
