Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. To arrange check-in, guests are required to contact the property in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact details are provided in the booking confirmation. Calls are accepted from 12:00 PM to 11:00 AM. For stays of more than 7 nights, a weekly mandatory intermediate cleaning is provided with the replacement of bed linen and towels, which is paid additionally in the amount of RUB 1000.00 for each cleaning. The final and intermediate cleaning fee is charged on the day of arrival along with the deposit. Upon arrival for 1 night, payment for final cleaning and a security deposit is made before sending the guests the check-in instructions. The deposit is returned to the card before 12:00 AM, in case there are no claims to the rented object and proper compliance with the rules of accommodation. The possibility of staying with small dogs is available on a case-by-case basis and at an additional cost. If signs of staying with pets are found without prior arrangement and payment, a fine of RUB 3000.00 will be imposed. A high chair, potty, and toilet seat reducer are provided free of charge. A baby cot with bedding and a bath towel is available upon request for an additional fee of RUB 1500.00 for the entire stay. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, which eliminates the absence of hot water during emergency or maintenance seasonal shutdowns. The apartment is not rented out for noisy events and parties. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
