Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in to the apartments is conducted remotely. After booking, guests need to contact the apartments. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Late check-out after 12:00 is available by arrangement for RUB 450.00 per hour, and early check-in before 12:00 is available for RUB 450.00 per hour. Late check-in after 21:30 is charged an additional fee of RUB 450.00. Business travelers are provided with a full package of reporting documents. Cooperation with legal entities and organizations is possible, both with and without VAT. The number of guests cannot exceed what is specified in the booking. A photo of the passport (pages 1 and 2, and the page with registration) is required at check-in. Staying with cats is prohibited. Smoking in the apartment and on the balcony is strictly prohibited, with a penalty of 100% of the deposit.
