Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in under 18 years of age only if living with parents with documentary proof of relationship. A deposit is charged: from 18-20 years old — RUB 5000.00; from 21-23 years old — RUB 3000.00; from 24-25 years old inclusive — RUB 1000.00; over 26 years old — no deposit. The security deposit is returned after cleaning on the day of departure, provided there is no damage and all rules of residence are followed. Guests are required to contact the check-in manager one day prior to arrival using the contact phone number provided in the voucher to arrange check-in time and key collection. Instructions must be received before 12:00 AM.
