Reception is open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends. Guests arriving outside these hours are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made.
The property does not provide housekeeping service on Sundays or on Bank holidays.
Upon departure, please return all keys to reception, or alternatively please leave them in your apartment if checking out before reception opening hours. There will be a charge of 90 GBP per set of any lost or un-returned keys, or keys lost in transit (if not securely packed and sent by recorded delivery), to cover the cost of replacement.
