You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that key collection takes place between 15:30 and 19:00. Arrivals after 19:30 carry a surcharge of EUR 25. It is not possible to check in after 21:00. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. They are available for rent for EUR 15 per person.
