You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. Please note that this property is situated in an isolated location in the Amazon Rainforest. Guests must arrive to Quito, then fly to the small town of Coca, where an included shuttle service will take them on a 2-hour boat ride to the property. There are no cash machines or credit card terminals at this property. You may pay in advance by bank transfer or at the time of arrival in cash.
