Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. For double occupancy and paying at the rate for 2 people, only a double bed is made up. Extra linen is available upon request for a fee. Please let us know in advance if you need an additional kit. The apartments are not suitable for guests with disabilities or guests with pets. Early check-in/late check-out is chargeable and cannot be guaranteed, no luggage storage service. The deposit is refundable after cleaning, but before 12:00 AM on the day of departure. Smoking, guests over 4 guests, parties, noise complaints from neighbors - the deposit is non-refundable. Damage, missing things, cleaning over 3 hours - calculation at the current market value.
