This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Heated Swimming Pool is closed from Tue 25 Apr 2023 until Mon 23 Oct 2023 A damage deposit of NZD 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. To ensure safe operations over the peak season, the team at Akaroa TOP 10 Holiday Park is 100% committed to maintaining the highest standards of service, hygiene and protection as required by the NZ Government Covid-19 Protection Framework. Deposits A deposit of $100 is required for all powered/unpowered sites and a deposit of 50% is required on all roofed accommodation during High season. A deposit of the first night’s stay is required on all reservations during Shoulder/Low season. All deposits are payable at the time of booking A cancellation fee applies to all bookings. STANDARD RATE reservations a 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival (Excluding high Season). HIGH SEASON reservations: Cancellations must be made prior to 30th November to receive a 75% refund. Any cancellations/re-bookings after this date will result in loss of deposit. Please note our Standard Cabins are equipped with bedding, but you will need your own towels, cutlery, plates and pots/pans if you are using the park communal kitchen. These cabins do not have bathrooms or kitchens but are located conveniently close to the main facilities.
