To enjoy the views from the villa, guests will have to be in good health condition with no asthma as some climbing of stairs will be required.,Electricity use is limited to 5 kilowatt-hours for apartments, 3 kilowatt-hours for superior rooms, and 13 kilowatt-hours for villas per day. Additional charges will be applied to electricity consumption that exceeds the limit. Electricity fee will be charged at PHP 35 per kilowatt-hours and will be payable upon departure.,A security deposit of PHP 2500 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.
