Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Business travelers are provided with accounting documents. Early and late check-in is considered individually, for an additional fee of RUB 300.00 for each hour, up to 4 hours. Smoking is prohibited in the flat, as well as the use of any other smoking products and liquids, including on the balcony. The security deposit is refunded after checking the flat. It is forbidden to hold events. The accommodation facility may refuse to accommodate minors, persons without documents confirming their legal presence in the territory of the Russian Federation and persons who are intoxicated or otherwise intoxicated. When booking for one day, RUB 500.00 is paid in addition to the booking price for cleaning.
