Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Spain hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. From 29/12/2024 to 30/06/2026, renovation and improvement works will be carried out on the facilities in the building, which will mainly affect the facades and common areas. Although the floors that are directly affected will be blocked, there may be a higher level of noise from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, occasional dirt in the building, scaffolding installed outside; construction personnel moving through the common areas and/or stockpiling of material in certain controlled areas. Please note that the apartments are cleaned 2 times a week. For stays of less than 3 days there is no cleaning service available. Please note that the air conditioning in the rooms is available during the summer season, from 10:00 until 23:00. Please note that the heating in the rooms is available during the winter season, from 09:00 until 00:00 The complex's swimming pool is open from 15 June until 15 September.
