Please note the deposit is paid by credit card and the remaining balance is payable upon arrival and in cash only. Deposit and Additional Fees: A breakage deposit of EUR 150 is payable at check in. Key Collection: All keys must be collected from the Gestaltur office at Cuenca Street 18, Benidorm. Office hours are as follows: Monday to Saturday: 09:30 AM to 02:00 PM and 04:00 PM to 07:00 PM, and Sunday 09:30 AM to 01:00 PM.
