Keys for the apartments should be collected from the office at Avinguda Ave Maria, 23, 17130 L’Escala. Guests who anticipate arriving outside of office hours should contact the property directly in advance using the number which appears on the Booking Confirmation A breakage deposit of EUR 150 is payable at check-in. This deposit is returned at check-out once the condition of the room has been checked. Check-in is available between 17.00 and 19.00 on the day of arrival. Only the number of guests booked may occupy the apartment. Check-out takes place at 10.00. Towels and sea towels are not supplied. A towel set is available at an additional cost. In the case of late arrival, the apartments will be kept for a maximum of 48 hours after the original check-in time. No reduction in the original cost will be made.
