Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The minimum period for booking an apartment is from three days. Payment is possible in cash and by bank transfer. Corporate clients are accepted, accounting documents are provided. Check-in: from 3:00 PM, check-out: until 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability. The security deposit is returned on the day of departure after cleaning, subject to the safety of the property of the apartment and compliance with the rules of accommodation. The cost of cleaning is not included in the room rate and is paid separately upon check-in. The apartments are not rented for parties and events. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
