Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in is 24 hours a day. Guests receive keys via a case-box and check-in is contactless. On football days and public holidays, check-in is from 03:00 AM, check-out is until 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by agreement. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Guests checking in after 06:00 PM pay 100% of the booking. The deposit is returned by transfer to the card on the day of check-out after checking and cleaning the apartment. Check-in with small pets is possible for an additional fee by agreement. Reporting documents are provided for an additional fee. The accommodation facility works with legal entities and individuals. The price depends on the number of guests, weekends and public holidays. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments. Smoking is subject to a fine of RUB 5000.00. Renting out is prohibited for guests with large pets, intoxicated persons and for parties and events. According to Federal Law No. 115-FZ, security deposits on a bank card are not accepted. Payment of the security deposit and payment for accommodation is made through a financial aggregator, using the link sent by the administrator.
