Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The day before check-in, the administration contacts guests by phone to clarify the time of arrival. From 8:00 AM and 09:00 PM, guests are met on site, at other times of arrival, guests are given the code from the key holder, who is located near the front door, and check-in takes place independently. The most convenient way to get from the airport or Adler train station is by taxi. If guests arrive by car, they must provide the car number in advance to enter the complex. Swimming pools are free for residents, but they are only open during the season.
