Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in is carried out remotely. The contract is concluded in the online format. For remote check-in, on the day of arrival before 12:00 PM, guests need to call the apartment and get instructions for check-in. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation. The facility operates through an official application that is registered with Roskomnadzor, all data is encrypted, and there is a license. An online agreement with the privacy policy is additionally signed with the guests. It is mandatory to identify the guest by passport and make a refundable deposit before check-in. The deposit is refunded on the day of departure after the cleaning is completed, and the rules of accommodation have been followed. Check-in and payment instructions are sent to the guest's phone via WhatsApp and Telegram messengers the day before arrival or on the day of arrival before 09:00 PM, and guests can check in using the code at any time (after 03:00 PM), even at night. The standard check—in time is from 03:00 PM, check—out is until 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are agreed separately with a possible surcharge. According to the rules of accommodation the following actions are prohibited: - smoking in any form, of any substances (there are smoking sensors in the apartment), in case of violation, a fine in the amount of a deposit is charged for calling a second cleaner with an ozonator); - hosting parties and noisy events; - aggressive and inappropriate behavior or requirements that are not specified in the description of the apartment; - the number of people staying in the room exceeds the number stated in the reservation. Accommodation with pets is possible by agreement. The surcharge for the entire period is 3000.00 RUB, in this case an increased deposit of 10000.00 RUB is requested. The cost of single and double accommodation for couples is the same, provided that guests are accommodated in the main sleeping place — beds. When placing the second guest on a folding sofa, a cost of RUB 1000.00 is requested for the provision of an additional set of bed linen. If there are three guests instead of the stated two in the booking, then the cost is higher by 1000.00 RUB per day for every third and fourth guest with the provision of an additional set of bed linen, towels and bathroom accessories. Children under 3 years old can stay free of charge if they are accommodated in a bed with their parents.
