Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. 1) The apartment is not available for parties and noisy celebrations. 2) Accommodation with all types of pets is prohibited. 3) To verify the identity before check-in, guests are required to send (via messenger or email) passport photos of all guests to the owner of the property. For minors under 14, a birth certificate and passport details of the parents. The owner does not go to the guests to personally check the documents. Check-in without sending the specified documents is not carried out. 4) The owner has the right to use the remote check-in system and is not obliged to meet the guests in person. 5) For security, a video surveillance system is installed in the entrance. 6) Standard check-in time is from 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM. If night check-in is required after 10:00 PM, the guest is obliged to inform the owner about this at least 2 days before check-in; 7) Organization of sleeping places: if the booking is for 2 guests, but in addition to the 2-bed, guests require an additional sleeping place on the sofa, the surcharge for organizing an additional sleeping place is RUB 500.00 and guests must inform the owner about this 2 days before arrival.
