Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. There is a system of remote check-in. To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. For check-in instructions, you must call or write to instant messengers at the phone number indicated in the booking from 09:00 AM to 11:00 PM local time. For check-in after 11:00 PM, please contact the property in advance. Guests are required to have their passport with them upon check-in. Also, upon check-in, an additional security deposit of RUB 2500.00 is charged, this amount is returned to guests on the card upon departure, until 03:00 PM local time. All payments are made by bank transfer. If the guest is planning an early check-in, the apartment must be booked one more day prior to the day of arrival and additionally indicate the time and date of arrival, as well as contact the property in advance for instructions on settling. If you need a late check-out, the apartment must be booked before 12:00 PM the next day. Don't forget to include a contact phone number when booking. If the apartment cannot be booked taking into account early check-in or late check-out, then the apartment has already been booked for this period and check-in is possible only at standard times.
