Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are possible for an additional fee. Check-in before 12:00 PM is paid in the amount of 1 night of stay, check-in from 12:00 PM to 03:00 PM is paid in the amount of 0.5 night of stay. The cost of late check-out from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM is paid in the amount of 0.5 days of stay, check-out after 05:00 PM is paid in the amount of 1 night of stay. The provision of this service is carried out by prior agreement, subject to the availability of a free apartment. Check-in into the apartment is carried out with the manager until 06:00 PM, from 06:00 PM to 11:00 PM it is possible to check-in independently into the apartment with 100% prepayment. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Reservations for the current day are accepted until 11:00 PM. When booking for dates from 30.12 to 06.01, an advance payment and a deposit of RUB 5000.00 for the safety of property are required, which is returned upon departure.
