Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Foreign citizens must have a migration card and a visa (if available). Legal entities can pay by bank transfer; to pay, you must book an apartment and request an invoice. Contactless check-in upon the guest providing passport data and making an insurance deposit. When booking, be sure to contact the guest house administration. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation. From April 1, 2024, a resort fee has been introduced in St. Petersburg for each guest staying for more than 24 hours. The list of preferential categories exempt from its payment can be found in Article 7 of Law No. 214-FZ. To take advantage of the benefit, guests must present the original or a notarized copy of a document confirming the right not to pay the fee. Pets are allowed, but dogs weighing more than 5 kg and cats are not allowed to stay. Additional charges: linen set RUB 700.00, dishes RUB 500.00. Payment is made on site.
