Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Communication with the administrator on duty is round the clock. There is a possibility of self-check-in at any time of the day. To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out are possible for an additional fee. Before settling in, an offer agreement is concluded. A photo or scan of the passport in electronic format is required. On request, accounting documents (a receipt with a QR code, vouchers) are provided. The flat staff can arrange a shuttle service upon request. A baby cot, a high chair and a potty are provided free of charge upon request. Noisy activities are strictly prohibited in the apartment. Guests will be charged an increased deposit for arrivals on New Year's Eve.
