Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Early check-in is possible for an extra charge of RUB 1000.00 per hour, late check-out is RUB 2000.00 per hour. A rental agreement is drawn up upon check-in and a security deposit is charged: Cottages - RUB 10000.00. Apart-cottages - RUB 5000.00. Economy - RUB 3000.00. The security deposit is returned upon check-out. Additional guests (not specified in the booking) are paid upon check-in: RUB 1000.00 per person. The barbecue area is available until 10:00 PM. Accommodation with animals: RUB 800.00 per day per animal. If guests book a house with a sauna, they can use it for RUB 2000.00 per hour.
