Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The standard time of check-in is 14:00, check-out time is 12:00. Check-in before 14:00 is possible in case when the apartment is vacant. Check-out later than 12:00 is also possible in case when the apartment is vacant for this time. In case of early arrival or late departure for every hour, a fee of 10% of the daily cost of the stay is charged. For check-in or check-out during the period: — from 09:00 until 22:00 no additional fee is charged; — from 07:00 to 09:00, from 22:00 to 24:00 an additional fee of RUB 500 is charged; — from 24:00 to 7:00 an additional fee of RUB 1,000 is charged. Upon check-in, a deposit of RUB 3,000 will be charged. The deposit is returned upon departure. Guest must have a passport to sign a contract. Reporting documents are provided. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days. Prior to arrival, guests are required to make a prepayment of 1 night's accommodation. The apartment representative will contact guest to provide information about ways of making the prepayment. The apartments are strictly prohibited from making parties. Late check-in is subject to an additional charge. Check-in from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM — RUB 500.00. After 12:00 AM — RUB 1000.00. The security deposit is paid upon arrival and returned upon departure.
