Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The guest must contact the property in advance and notify the hotel of their check-in time, preferably several days in advance. When booking on the day of arrival, you must contact us at least 3 hours in advance. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Check-in before 02:00 PM is possible in case when the apartment is vacant. Check-out later than 12:00 PM is also possible in case when the apartment is vacant for this time. In case of early arrival or late departure for every hour, a fee of 10% of the daily cost of the stay is charged. Check-in cost from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight) is RUB 500.00, from 12:00 AM to 07:00 AM is RUB 1000.00, from 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM is RUB 500.00. Guest must have a passport to sign a contract. Reporting documents are provided. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days. Prior to arrival, guests are required to make a prepayment of 1 night's accommodation. The apartment representative will contact guest to provide information about ways of making the prepayment. The apartments are strictly prohibited from making parties. Upon check-in, a rental agreement is drawn up and a security deposit is charged, which is returned upon departure if all the conditions of the agreement are met. Reporting documents are provided. The security deposit is paid upon arrival and returned upon departure.
