Upon check-in, a rental agreement is drawn up and a security deposit is charged, which is returned upon departure if all the conditions of the agreement are met. Reporting documents are provided. Check-in from 10:00 PM to 00:00 AM and from 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM — RUB 500.00, from 00:00 AM to 07:00 AM — RUB 1000.00. The security deposit is paid upon arrival and returned upon departure.
