Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. A deposit of 100% of the booking amount is required before arrival via bank transfer. The administrator of the apartment will provide necessary instructions after booking. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation / no-show / refusal to check in. In case of failure to pay the deposit within the deadline set by the property, the reservation is considered cancelled. A valid photo ID is required upon check-in. A security deposit is required upon arrival, which is fully refundable upon check-out after inspection of the property. Check-out is from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Check-in from 04:00 PM to 09:00 PM. The guest must inform the estimated time of arrival in advance using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation. Check-in after 09:00 PM and check-out before 08:00 AM on weekdays and before 10:00 AM on weekends are subject to an additional fee of RUB 2000.00. Check-in and/or check-out from 00:00 AM to 08:00 AM is not possible. The apartments are not suitable for hen, stag or similar parties.
