Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Guests are required to contact the check-in manager one day prior to arrival using the contact phone number provided in the voucher to arrange check-in time and key collection. Instructions must be received before 12:00 AM. Accommodation with children is possible. Children under 18 years of age can only be checked-in with their parents and with proof of parental relationship. The security deposit is refundable after cleaning on the day of departure, provided there is no damage and all rules of the accommodation are respected.
