Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. When booking, please provide the guest's contact number. Keys to the apartments are issued from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM in the office at the address: Karavannaya Street 7, St. Petersburg. Entrance from the street: glass door, above it an orange canopy STN Apartments. At least 1 day before arrival, you must contact the apartment to indicate the check-in time. Guests must contact the apartment administration in advance if they plan to check in outside of reception hours.
