A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Please note that this property has no reception. Key collection takes place at: Europlan, Via D'Annunzio 11, Bardolino. You will receive an email from the property, including further information about the check-in procedure. Keys can be collected from 16:00 until 19:00. Arrivals outside these hours must be agreed in advance. Bedlinen and towels are available at an additional cost. The pools are open from June to September inclusive. The apartment should be left clean, otherwise a final cleaning fee applies. A security deposit of EUR 80 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
