A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. The remaining 70% of the balance will be automatically charged to your credit card 8 weeks before arrival. If your booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, then the full payment will be taken. In case of damages, breakage, key loss, etc., your credit card will be charged to cover the costs.
