Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. There is a one-off extra charge for the preparation of the apartment upon booking. Guests must contact the property before 06:00 PM with their expected check-in time and check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Loud events and parties are forbidden. Pets and smoking are also forbidden. By prior arrangement, the administration will help to place guest's car in a 9-story ground parking lot at a price of RUB 940.00 per day or will send the coordinates of a free parking lot. When booking for 1 day, the additional cleaning fee is RUB 800.00. Guests are required to register before arrival by completing an online agreement, which includes all terms and conditions of stay and property rules. This is a one-time payment for the entire booking period in the amount of RUB 1700.00.
