Group bookings must be paid in full with final numbers 4 weeks prior to arrival. A group security deposit equivalent to EURO 20.00 per person based on the number of beds booked is payable on arrival and a code of conduct signed by the group leader, if this is not adhered to your deposit may be forfeited otherwise this deposit will be refunded upon departure. During busy periods, Ashfield House may ask you to move rooms (to a room of the same type, or an upgrade). Children under 16 years cannot sleep in dormitory rooms shared with other guests. When booking, it is possible that members of your group may not be allocated the same room. You must have photo ID at check-in. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
