Please note, only cash is accepted. (Even if a credit card was used to guarantee the booking, that card will not be accepted for payment.) At Kyoto Station, take the Central Exit. The front desk is closed from 22:00-08:00. Please note that for guests with longer stays, sheets are changed once every 4 days. If you would like fresh linens, you can receive them at the front desk and must change them yourself. Luggage storage is available only while the front desk is open (08:00-22:00).
