Check-in takes place at BarcelonaForRent Apartments’ main office, located at 120 Carrer Bailén and open from 10:00 until 22:30, 7 days a week. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform BarcelonaForRent Apartments in advance, in order to confirm if check-in will be at the office or the apartment. Please note that the following mandatory final cleaning fees are not included in the room rate and are payable directly at the apartments: For apartments of 1 bedroom: EUR 65 For apartments of 3 bedrooms: EUR 110 For apartments of 4 bedrooms: EUR 120 A refundable deposit of EUR 100 must be paid on arrival by credit card for apartments of 1 bedroom. A refundable deposit of EUR 300 must be paid on arrival by credit card for apartments of 3 or 4 bedrooms. Please note check-in during the following times incurs the following charges: After 22:30 - EUR 30. Between 01:00 and 02:00: EUR 50. Check-in is not possible after 02:00.
