Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. There is no reception at the hotel. Guests should contact the hotel in advance to receive instructions on contactless check-in. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Early and late arrivals are possible by prior arrangement. "Quiet time" is set from 08:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Parties are prohibited. Smoking in the building is strictly prohibited, including smoking of electronic cigarettes. Penalty — RUB 10000.00 for cleaning the room plus the cost of two days of downtime. If smoking is discovered during the stay, guests will be asked to vacate the apartment without a refund. Cooking, storing and eating strong-smelling foods such as smelt, crabs, and the like is prohibited. You can contact the administrator about the storage of such products. Apartments are cleaned and linen changed every 3 days. If extraordinary cleaning is required, please inform the administrator.
