This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 6 PM to receive dinner. This property offers shuttle pickup service from Beppu Station only.

- Hot springs access available from 3:00 PM to midnight.
- One child 2 years old or younger stays free, per registered adult, when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
