Keys can be collected in the office located on 3 Aia Street. The office is open on weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00. You can receive the keys at the nearest Post24.ee automatic post terminal to your apartment rental for an additional fee. If you have ordered also transfer service from the company, then the keys will be handed over during the transfer service Meet and greet option, where the staff meets the client at the apartment is also available at extra charge. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Aia 3, 10111 Tallinn. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation.
