Please inform Blue bay The Hill 25 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. - Price is based on double occupancy per room. (2 guest per bedroom). - Extra person fee of 35 USD per person per night (above 4 persons) - Mandatory extra-cleaning when stay is longer then 7 nights. - Water- and Electricity consumption included till a maximum of 25 KwH per day and a maximum of 1 m3 water per day. - Over-usage will be charged, $0,55 per KwH and $8 per m3, this will be calculated at the end of your stay and you would be charged afterwards for your over-usage of the utilities.
