The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must be at least 25 years or older to check-in. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the owner prior to arrival.
