To maintain and develop high standards of service: - the thermal zone will be closed until December 22, 2024: one finnish sauna and hammam; - the paving stones in front of the main entrance will be repaired by December 25, 2024. During this period, the direction of travel will be temporarily changed; - works on the improvement of the hotel will be carried out until April 30, 2025. Documents required for registration at the hotel: - passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation; - children under 14 years of age traveling accompanied by parents must have a birth certificate; or a notarized power of attorney for an accompanying person if the child is traveling without parents; - children over 14 years of age traveling without legal representatives must have: an identity document, notarized consent of legal representatives (one of them); Foreign citizens must have: - passport; - a valid migration card; - valid visa Guests over 18 years of age are charged a resort fee of RUB 50.00 per night per person for stays longer than one night. During the 2023-2024 ski season, hotel guests upon prior reservation are provided with: — complementary transfer Hotel Bridge Resort – resort Rosa Khutor – Hotel Bridge Resort to all ski lifts of Krasnaya Polyana resorts according to the hotel schedule; — ski equipment rental, luggage storage and drying room at the Bridge Resort hotel.
