The apartments are located in three different addresses: For Studio Apartments (for 2 adults) - 8 Rue Mondetour, Paris. For 1 Bed Apartment (for 4 adults) - 50 Rue Condorcet, Paris. For 2 Bed Apartments (for 4 adults) - 17 Rue Caulaincourt, Paris Extra beds are available upon demand for an additional charge.
Guests arriving after 12:00 AM or on the weekend are requested to go to the Bridgestreet office and receive instructions on how to access the safety deposit box containing the room keys.
Pets are allowed for an additional charge of 300 EUR per night per pet.
Reception is open from 09:00 am to 06:00 PM. Guests arriving outside these hours are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made.
Starting from July 9, 2018 guests are required to pick up the keys at following address: MODE ARC DE TRIOMPHE 6 RUE LEROUX 75116 PARIS.
The apartments are located at the following adresses: Rue d'Aboukir, Rue du Sentier, Rue Etienne Marcel, rue de Tracy, rue Cavaignac, rue Montmartre, rue Quincampoix, rue des Tournelles, bd Voltaire, rue Leopold Bellan.

Luggage deposit: Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out at 11 AM. If you need to leave your luggage before or after those times, you may come directly to the main office address where they will store them for you. Please note that this service is only possible during working hours (9 AM - 6 PM) and excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Key return: Upon departure, please carefully follow the instructions regarding where to leave the keys which are always located in a frame placed nearby the entrance door. If you may not locate this information, please leave the keys on the living room table and bang the door. Please note that any missing key set will be charged 150 EUR each.

Loss of keys: In case of loss of keys during your stay or keys forgotten within the apartment, please note that you may immediately contact their 24h/7 phone number. Depending on the type of actions required to open the door and the time of the action required (overnight, weekend, or bank holiday period) the locksmith charges will be at your charge. Thanks in advance to carefully look at your keys and ensure not to leave them on the back door upon departure.

CLEANING: During your stay you will be entitled to a weekly cleaning (for stays more than 6 nights) with change of bed and bath linen. Upon arrival your bed will be made and bath linen provided as well as amenities and cleaning kit. They are also proposing additional cleaning at a supplementary cost.
