Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. An advance payment of 20% of the cost of living is required, which must be paid within 3 days after the order is made. If canceled later than 14 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. The front desk is not open around the clock, from 08:00 AM till 06:00 PM. In case of check-in after 06:00 PM, guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The price includes: — three meals a day according to the buffet system with elements of Uzbek cuisine, two intermediate meals, night soup, children's menu, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages (beer and wine); — use of the heated swimming pool, sun beds, children's recreation area; — Wi-Fi throughout the hotel; — daily children's animation; — entertainment program for adult guests; — board games; — master classes for adults and children; — room cleaning every 3 days, bed linen change every 5-7 days; — ironing board and iron on the floor. Holidays with children — free services: — accommodation for children up to and including 5 years old without providing a separate bed (no more than one child in the room); — summer strollers, pots, high chairs (if available); — beach equipment for children; — daily children's animation, aquagrim, workshops, ice cream, popcorn, cotton candy; — playground in the yard and a game room. For an additional fee, the following services are provided: — transfer; — parking near the hotel; — rent of a baby cot — RUB 500.00 per day; — slippers, bathrobes; — laundry service; — excursions; — room decoration, flower ordering, assistance in organizing a holiday; — babysitting services; — accommodation with animals up to 5 kg — RUB 1500.00 per day. For stays of less than 30 guests, the hotel reserves the right to change the format of meals to a set menu (May, September).
