Hotel asks guest for a 500 euros security deposit (refundable) when they stay at the Villas. The deposit must be paid via bank transfer or by cash when arrival. Also, to confirm the booking, guest must make a prepayment of 40% of booking amount via bank transfer. Other 60% must be paid via bank transfer, by card or by cash when check-in. In this case, a cancelation of the booking is impossible, and a prepayment is not refundable if guest doesn't arrive.
