A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. In order to secure your reservation, you will be contacted by the property to arrange payment of a 50% deposit via bank transfer. Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. This does not apply to non-refundable rates. Heating is not included and is charged according to consumption. It is available from 16 October until 15 April. Please inform Casa Cinzia in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
