As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Please note that guests must pay in advance USD 250.00 per reservation. Hotel Casa del Sol will contact the guest directly to arrange payment by bank transfer after the booking has been made. The prepayment most be issued no more than 3 days after the hotel has contacted the guest with the bank account information.
