As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment.
