A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Please note that the pool is open from 3 May to 27 September. Water, gas and electricity are included. Final cleaning is also included. Heating and wood for the fireplace are charged according to consumption. Bed linen is changed weekly. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
