Tourists will receive a refund for the VAT Tax, when they pay for their accommodations. To receive the refund, they must pay with a foreign credit card or provide their passport number and confirm their address. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Cerro Uritorco Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. A hotel representative will contact you after booking to provide bank wire instructions. Please note the pool will be open from November 20th. Note that parking is free during low season and available for a fee during high season. Hot water thermoses during breakfast are offered as a courtesy, after this time they will be charged.
